Feature
It can test the light intensity of only one color in the five main colors (blue, green, yellow, orange, red), white, infrared (700~1,000 nm), and UV.

・Use when you want to measure only one color.
・Only this sensor can measure UV, IR, and LED.
・Analog voltage output.
Color discrimination
Only when the LED is a specific color and lit is the voltage output according to the light intensity. It will not react if the correct color is not detected.
Testable colors: one of the five main LED colors (blue, green, yellow, orange, red), white, infrared LED (700~1,000nm), UV LED (365~400um)

Annotation:
・Low sensitivity/ultra-low sensitivity models are available for extremely bright LEDs, and high-sensitivity models are available for extremely dark LEDs.
・When the numerical value shows <50mV: The LED is too dark. Please use a high-sensitivity sensor.
・When the numerical value shows > 4V: The LED is too bright. Please use a low-sensitivity sensor. * In the case of IR LEDs< 5 mV is too bright.
Supply voltage protection
The Universal Light Inspection Probe (Light Probe) S2 sensor can operate at voltages from 5V to 40V and can also handle reverse voltages up to -18V. This is protection against accidents of power supply connection errors, protection against reverse polarity voltages up to 18 V due to transient inrush voltage when switching DC voltage power supplies, and protection against inadvertent testing machine polarity errors, as well as different DC supply voltages 5~28V often used in general fields (*4.75V or less is not recommended).
